AA recent effort at my own version of my Granny's (and then my Mum's) Egg and Bacon Pie. I even made the crust myself which may be the first time ever. This picture is mostly for Mum's sake, so she can see it.
Haven't actually tasted it yet, though rumour has it that this one won't be anywhere near as good as those of picnic's of childhood, due to the absence of Mum's homemade tomato sauce.
Ah sigh.....
